About Us

The name "puddy" (like putty) is a family used variation of the word puppy. Our family calls all dogs puddies. Hence, the obvious name for the business had to be Puddy Cuts. Owner/groomer Steve has been grooming the family dogs for many years while he was a middle/high mathematics school teacher but decided to dedicate full time to the business in June 2012. It's been a life long desire come true...

Steve is a graduate of the Golden Paws School of Dog Styling (accrediation through the State of Texas), successful completion of All About Dog Grooming training course, and a registered member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America.
